Return & Exchange

Customer satisfaction is our goal at Penner’s. In the event that a product purchased from our website or store does not meet your expectations, we are happy to assist you with a return or exchange, provided you have proof of the original receipt/order. Returns and exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your purchase. After 30 days, we can no longer process refunds or exchanges, and all sales merchandise is considered final.

Return and Exchange Guidelines

  • All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Without a receipt, we will issue a gift card for the value of the returned items.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be processed after 30 days.
  • Sale merchandise is final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Original tags must remain attached to the items being returned.
  • All footwear must be in new condition and free from wear or scuff marks. Please try on footwear indoors to avoid marking the soles.
  • We cannot accept returns on tailored merchandise.

Return Instructions

When returning merchandise, please use the same box and protective wrapping that your purchase arrived in. Ensure the items are securely packed to protect them from damage during shipping. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • All returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and re-sellable condition.
  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase for eligibility.

  • Penner’s is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a secure shipping method with tracking.
