Shipping Information

Penner's is committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping. We use UPS and USPS to fulfill all orders within the continental United States. All orders placed before 3:00 PM CDT Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped, pending availability of the merchandise. If you place an order after 3:00 PM CDT or on the weekend, it will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods

Please note the following shipping details:

  • UPS Ground: Delivery typically occurs within 1 to 6 business days after processing begins, depending on product availability and credit card verification. Processing may take up to 24 hours. Note: Ground delivery to Hawaii and parts of Alaska may take more than 7 business days.
  • UPS 3 Day Air: Delivery occurs in 3 to 4 business days after processing begins. UPS does not guarantee this service, though it is reliable and often the most cost-effective for timely deliveries. Note: UPS guarantees 2nd Day and Next Day Air services.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivery occurs within 2 business days after processing begins, depending on availability and credit card verification.
  • UPS Next Day Air: Delivery occurs the next business day (excluding holidays) if placed by 12:00 PM ET, pending availability and credit card verification. This service is ideal for urgent orders.
  • USPS Mail: Delivery estimates are approximate, and the actual delivery date can vary by 1-2 days. USPS does not guarantee delivery times for this service.

Signature Required: If you would like a signature required upon delivery, please indicate this request in the "Comment Box" during checkout.

Special Shipping Information for Hawaiian Shirts (Tori Richard & Paradise Found)

  • UPS Ground: May take up to 1-2 business days to process the order.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air & Next Day Air: If ordered before 4:00 PM CDT (except weekends), these services will ship the same day, pending availability.

International Orders

We currently offer USPS Global Express for international orders. Shipping charges typically range from $30 to $65, depending on the destination country. Shipping times vary by destination.

Order Follow-Up

Once your order is placed, you will receive an email or phone call from Penner's if the selected merchandise is out of stock. You will only be charged for items once they have been shipped from our store. A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped, so you can track its progress.
